BuildHop's FAQ says founders submit their product for review, and once approved a launch gets a public product page and can appear in Hop Discovery. Feedback is also shown publicly only after approval.

Browsing needs no account. Earning Hops, BuildHop's community points, requires signing in; they come from activity such as exploring, voting, approved feedback and Founders Feed replies, and lifetime Hops appear on your public profile.
